SBIR Auto-Pull and Pipeline Automation
Introduced SBIR Auto-Pull to automatically monitor SBIR.gov for new solicitation topics that match your company's capability profile. New pipeline automation rules let you trigger actions when opportunities move between stages. Also improved CSV import performance for large rate tables and fixed a rounding issue in escalation factor calculations.
Collaborative Quote Editing
Multiple team members can now edit the same quote simultaneously with real-time conflict resolution. Added inline commenting on individual line items so pricing leads can leave feedback without switching to email. Improved the Gantt chart rendering performance for schedules with more than 200 tasks.
Cost Narrative Generation and Export Improvements
Basis can now auto-generate cost narrative text from your estimate data, pre-filling sections of your cost volume with accurate descriptions of proposed labor categories, rates, and escalation assumptions. Added support for exporting to SF 1411 format. Fixed an issue where archived quotes could appear in active pipeline views.
Kanban Pipeline View and Improved Search
Launched the Kanban-style pipeline view for managing opportunities from capture through submission. Global search now indexes quote content, line item descriptions, and customer notes. Improved loading times for the rate library when organizations have more than 500 active rate entries.
Self-Hosted Deployment Package
Released the Basis self-hosted deployment package for customers requiring on-premise or air-gapped installations. Includes Docker Compose and Helm chart configurations with a guided setup wizard. Added SAML SSO support for Okta and Azure AD. Fixed a timezone display issue in the activity audit log.
Wrap Rate Calculator and Audit Logging
Added a dedicated wrap rate calculator that computes fully-burdened labor rates from your indirect cost pools, fringe benefits, overhead, and G&A rates. Introduced comprehensive audit logging for all quote modifications to support DCAA compliance. Improved the onboarding flow with interactive walkthroughs for new users.
